Jonathan has been a staple of the Minnesota music scene. He has played practically every club in Minnesota in just about every genre of music, such as jazz, blues, Tejano, folk, gospel and latin. Still studying violin, Jonathan continues to study classical and its traditions and over the years he has also expanded into playing guitar and singing. He has performed with Best Kept Secret , Sanford Moore, The University of Minnesota Gospel Choir, Paul Renz, and many other local favorites. He is currently performing with Exit Stage Right - A Tribute to Rush, Ronn Easton's All Star Soul Revue, North Heights Lutheran Church, and his jazz band Kolaberate. It's been a long time since those first club dates and aside from teaching, Jonathan is still performing and recording in a number of different groups in the Twin Cities area.
